Polished boards, open fire place, reverse cycle heating /cooling upstairs and downstairs.Excellent ocean and bush views.
Furnished as follows; 1 X 3 seat lounge, 1 x 2 seat lounge, 1 x 1 seat lounge chair. Dining table seats total of 10 to 12 people plus 10 seat outdoor table and chair setting, gas barbecue on undercover deck area with spare gas bottle, 48”Smart TV with Netflix capability, sound system. Furnished as follows; Corner 5 seat sofa, 8ft x 4ft Billiard table, small 4 seat dining setting; 32" Flat Screen TV/DVD.
Fully landscaped garden, car parking at the bottom of the stairs (not under cover). Short walk to main street, exceptionally private bush setting with great ocean views.
