Main bedroom has Queen bed and has room for port a cot or extra fold out bed for child. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks.

This house overlooks a quiet bay beach which is excellent for swimming and secluded beach walks. Within 10 minutes drive is the Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre as well as a varity of Surf beaches, Cowes township, Koala Reserve, Phillip Island Nature Park and a variety of other family activities. Summary: Lynne’s place is our favourite. The house is comfortable and the view is great. Just a short stroll to the beach. Anchorage shop at the end of the street. Less than 10 minutes into Cowes. Air conditioner might need to be re-gassed. We had a wonderful time as always.
