3 well-presented bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a queen size bed. There is an ensuite to one of the double bedrooms, plus a second bathroom featuring a separate bath and shower.
Park the boat in the rear laneway and access the property via the rear gate. There is driveway parking for 3 cars.
Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.
