Positive: The quietness.

Negative: The really dirty toilet-bowl. That some floor-areas haven't seen a broom or vacuum-cleaner for a while: can happen. That there was no sponge or brush at the kitchen-sink: can happen. That a cleaning-pad (for pots and pans) was lying at the bathtub: can happen. That there was no WiFi: can happen. That there was just 1 wine-glass, 1 champagne-glas and 1 water-glas: can happen. But if all this happens at the same time: not good at all.
