BEDROOM 4 : sleeps 3 kids or adults and is our bunk room with 3 built in single beds. The upper 2 beds are suitable for those aged 9 and above for safety due to only one side having a safety rail

OUTSIDE: We have an upper and lower outdoor area which includes a ninja style play course and gazebo with lots of space to play ball or ride any “bring your own” bikes, scooters or skateboards and is fully enclosed.
