Welcome to my lovely house in Annandale, my 3 bedroom house is perfect for big families and large group, or traveling business person, holidaying individuals or couples. It will be your perfect home away from home. You will have the entire house and amenities provided including air-conditioning, fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave. The location is in very close to Sydney CBD, Newtown, Glebe, Sydney University, UTS, Broadway Shopping Centre and the new foodie stop-Tramsheds. The Space: My house is located in a very quiet, family-friendly inner-west suburb which also has a rich history. My house can accommodate up to seven people. It has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The dining table in the living area can easily host a dinner party for 8 people, with the private entrance to the backyard, you can also enjoy the outdoor breeze from the balconies. For all the bedrooms, high-quality linens, pillows, cushions will be on all beds in the home. There are some extra blankets provided for the extra person to sleep on the air mattress. For the bathroom, I will also provide shampoo, soap, hair conditioner, toilet paper, hand towel, floor mat so there will be no trouble for you. In summary, my lovely house is perfect for big families who are here for holiday. In addition, you will be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of large crowds and live close enough to get to the CBD just in 15min. Guest Access: You can have access to the entire home - you are booking the "entire place" which means you can make yourself at home throughout your entire stay. Interaction with Guests: Most of the time you will be checking in by yourself very smoothly with the check-in instructions provided closer to your arrival date.
