The house has a cosy, coastal aesthetic to ensure you feel calm and relaxed as

Robe Supermarket (300m), cafes, restaurants and renowned beaches.
Guests can access the entire house which is very well equipped with comfortable
beds and bedding for 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

The dining space comprises a gorgeous dining table with seating for 8 people, and
the family area has a comfy 3 seater sofa with accompanying armchairs opposite a
cosy wood Coonara and a large smart TV (65in, 4K HDR).
The kitchen comprises a 60cm electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, large French
door refrigerator, Nutribullet and a Nespresso Inissia Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods.
The house also has a split system heating/cooling unit to the main living area,
bedroom fans, electric panel heaters and excellent WIFI.
The Bungalow
For an additional fee, approved guests may also book the Bungalow which sleeps an
additional 8, please contact us for pricing. It is accessed from the courtyard
and contains a double room, plus 2 sets of bunks with double below/single above as
well as an Ensuite and large TV. The House and Bungalow together comfortably
sleep 3 families with kids.
We are pet friendly, but pets must remain outdoors at all times.
This is a family friendly property; the courtyards are fully fenced. There is lawn/paved
driveway beyond the courtyard for kids to play and ride bikes around.
Weber 4 burner BBQ is available for use.
Outdoor Hot/Cold shower to rinse off after the beach.
Plenty of parking available.
Linen and Bath Towels supplied.
Please note our house rules do not permit parties.
We have an excellent relationship with our Neighbours, so we view any disturbance
to the surrounding properties as a breach of the house rules. Firewood is not
supplied but can be purchased at the supermarket or the service station. The shed is
not available to guests.
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dish washing products.
