"The Palms II" is a fully restored cottage in the heart of Brunswick Heads, a beach town on the east coast of Australia. The north facing aspect of the home soaks up the sun all day long and the location makes holidays for all ages, just so easy. The cottage & villa are a short stroll to the beach, river or iconic Bruns Pub and Old Maid's and StMarie's (best Margi's around), are just around the corner. The considered layout of the restoration ensure you slip straight into holiday mode. Sleeps 12
The space
The considered curation and lightness of the interior in the main house keep the holidays easy living. There is a fireplace for cozy winter nights, and ducted air conditioning for the long hot summers where you can play all morning at the beach and then retreat to an icy cold house for an indulgent afternoon.
The Main house sleeps 6 and has one new and modern bathroom with underfloor heating and a seperate toilet/powder room. Plus, In a detached bathroom/ laundry, with washing machine/dryer, there is another private toilet with a hot outdoor shower. There are two seperate lounge rooms, one for socialising and one for chilling out and watching TV.
The back Villa sleeps 6 and has one new and modern bathroom with underfloor heating.
The grounds of the home are fully fenced with a deck, fire pit and outdoor dining table, the layout makes for easy outdoor barefoot living. The huge kitchen is open plan and has a 10 seater island bench that doubles as the indoor dining table.
COTTAGE
There are three comfortable bedrooms that sleep a maximum of six people:
- Master with King Bed
- Second bedroom with a queen bed
- Third bedroom with a queen bed
Each bedroom has individual reading lights accessed next to the beds, ceiling fans, ducted air-conditioning, individual power-points and an open robe with a seated make-up station for the ladies (we know we take a while to get ready!)

Guest access
The Palms is central and walking distance to everything beautiful Brunswick Heads has to offer. Gorgeous sparking river, relaxed white sandy beaches, mouth watering restaurants and friendly local cafes. You will not want to leave.
However, if you wish to day trip to Byron Bay it is only a short 15 drive away. The stunning Byron Hinterland with all its treasures/ restaurants/ waterfalls is also a short 15 minute drive away.
