THE PALMS HOUSE & UNIT is perfect accommodation for 2 or 3 families, large enclosed yard, plenty of room for parking and your boat.
House - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 8 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining, lounge area with TV, DVD, slow combustion heater (BYOwood) and ducted air-conditioning. A second lounge room/kids retreat with TV, VCR and videos. Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath. Laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer and sink.
Unit - 3 bedrooms, accommodates 6 guests - Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk, Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk, open plan tiled kitchen/dining/living area with microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and air-conditioner. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we have stayed for our annual catchup at this property and always found it excellent, very clean and well set up for the eight of us, easy walking distance to town Centre, we will be coming back
