The spacious, open plan home is located on a secluded acreage yet only a short 10 min walk through the Bouddi National Park to the MacMasters patrolled beach, rockpool & surf club. It is breezy & open plan with floor to ceiling sliding doors & windows with views from every room in the house.
Super sized entertaining decks on both levels and expansive landscaped grounds with large open grassed areas.
Even a nature trail loop with a secret picnic area.
Plenty of room for extended family or a group of friends. Please note that this property is not fenced.
You will be met on arrival at the property and given a brief orientation of the facilities with the handover of keys.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: As we are situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we ask that you please be respectful of our neighbours and ensure that there is no outdoor noise after 10 pm, we request no music or outdoor entertaining after this time. Sound travels easily to our immediate neighbours and as such, please be aware of noise levels at all times of the day.
Should there be ongoing noise disruption, our security company will be called to the property. If they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possible eviction.
No bucks, hens or schoolies.
Loss of security deposit is certain if Terms & Conditions are not met.

Please note that the singles can be converted to king sized beds if requested.
On this level there is also a main bathroom with bath and a separate WC and fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer.
The base price is based on 10 guests (max of 8 adults) and includes quality bedlinen & bath towels for your stay.
Min 2 night stay during the week
Weekend bookings Friday - Sunday with late check out Sunday if requested.
Check in no longer possible on Saturday or Sunday.
Please note that Summer school holidays 2025/26 have a min of 5 nights- please check the calendar.

Nearby the villages of Hardys Bay and Killcare offer a variety of galleries, eateries, boat and yacht hire and fishing spots.
You can also catch the ferry from the nearby Wagstaffe wharf to Ettalong markets & cinema complex or across to Palm Beach.
