Open plan living, full width balcony and master bedroom occupy the top level. Descending below is a second living/TV room flanked by two further bedrooms, main bathroom and full service laundry. Bedrooms have modern styling and feature ample storage. Other features include gas log fire, off street undercover parking, gas BBQ & cooktop and a variety of games and books to while away the days when you are not at the beach.
