Negative: I had to go into the office in Inverloch to collect the keys because I could not fill out all the online questions I was sent after booking. When I got to the place, it turned out to be an apartment, not a house and my car would not fit in the carport. There was no linen supplied - you have to pay extra. I was called away to a family emergency and went to put the keys in Ray White lockbox, but couldn't because I was not given the key code. I had to wait 2 hours until they opened, so I handed them to an employee and left. Fortunately, it was a false alarm, but when I went back to get in, I was told I had been checked out and could not complete my booking. Then I was threatened with losing the things I had left behind if I didn't pick them up by a certain time. DO NOT EVER USE THIS AGENCY!
