Positive: We stayed overnight in one of the tents while travelling back from Queensland to Sydney. The accommodation itself is very basic, but that’s clearly part of the experience and exactly what we expected. What really stood out was the staff — they were absolutely amazing and looked after us so well. I asked for a fan for the tent and they did their best to organise one straight away, which was really appreciated. The location is fantastic and the overall vibe is very much backpacker-style, with lots of young people around, but it’s still a very comfortable and welcoming environment. I genuinely enjoyed what they had to offer and felt relaxed and well looked after during our stay. I’d actually be interested in coming back again sometime, as it had a great atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience.
