Please note that the property is on a dual block and side access needs to remain clear for the property at the rear. There are two car parking spaces in a carport at the back of the property. Also note that this property sits overlooking the overpass to the Martha Tunnel which allows traffic along the beach under the Mt Martha watercourse allowing boats in from the ocean to the Marina.
