This gorgeous luxury property has an abundance of space to create the perfect holiday experience! The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, with bifold doors leading out to the fabulous outdoor alfresco area, with a fireplace and BBQ, plus a grass patch perfect for handstands and cartwheels! The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee machine and butlers pantry. The private upstairs parents retreat has a lounge area with ocean views. Just spread out and enjoy!
Upon entering this fabulous home, you are greeted by the long hallway looking straight through to the backyard! Starting on this first level are 3 bedrooms, 1 x queen, 1 x queen, 1 x bunk (Queen below and King single above), all bedrooms have ceiling fans (pedestal fan in bunk room) and wall heaters. There is also the main bathroom with a bath and separate toilet, and the laundry.
Further on, and up three stairs you will enter the open plane dining, kitchen and two lounge areas, one lounge is directly in front of the island bench, the other has a partition wall and features a TV, cosy couches and a gas log fireplace! The dining table has seating for 10. There is also a split system in this area.
Heading upstairs is the parents private retreat with ocean views is a king size bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite, study nook, lounge area, spilt system and ceiling fan.
The outside area is fabulous, you'll naturally gravitate out here to enjoy your meals, BBQ, soak up the sun, read a book or play cards. The fireplace creates a beautiful vibe and sets off the outdoor space perfectly.
Located at the top of a court in a beautiful quiet location. There is a a park at the bottom of the court that has a playground and plenty of space to kick the football or play cricket.
You can also cut through the top of the court which leads you through to another park called "Seaview Reserve Playground'.
