Positive: The location was brilliant. 1 min walk to rainbow beach, less than 5 mins walk to good dining options. the unit itself is light, bright and well thought out with good, near new quality appliances.

Negative: There is one air conditioner in the lounge room, and fans in the two bedrooms. The unit itself is on the first floor of a fairly average block of flats. Lots of happy noises from those in neighbouring spaces. We didnt mind this, but some might. Tea and coffee was provided, as well as various seasonings and useful bits like olive oil. But no long life milk for cuppas .No too much of a problem - shopping centre less than 5 mins away.

Summary: Smallish, light, bright and well maintained unit in small block.
