"Welcome to Ocean 66" Situated on the first floor of a quiet 8 unit complex you will find a fully air conditioned, spacious 2 bedroom unit located perfectly, just 50 metres across a park to the beach, no need to drive anywhere!
This is your “home away from home”. Park your car in the secure underground parking and take the lift directly to your unit. This fully furnished unit has been tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you would find in your own home. Dishwasher, stove, oven, air fryer, BBQ, washing machine, microwave.
The open plan takes you from the kitchen to the lounge which fully opens up to the outdoor entertaining area that comfortably seats 6 guests where you can enjoy a beer and cook up a storm on the BBQ, this space looks over the pool and park land.
From the master bedroom you will hear the ocean......this room consists of a king size bed, ensuite and a wall mounted TV. The second bedroom can be either 2 long single beds or joined together to make a king size bed.
This unit is ideally suited for 4 guests however we can accommodate another 2 guests with a queen sofa bed and if you are holidaying with a baby / infant we can supply a portable travel cot at no extra cost.
*Please note there is NO inside dining room table that seats 6 guests, only a small table and 2 chairs*
A mere 50mtr walk across Alexandra Parade you will have your toes in the sand and a hundred metres up the beach are the swimming flags at the Maroochydore Surf Club. This unit is ideally located in walking distance to cafes and restaurants and only a 700 metre walk to Cotton Tree.
There is secure underground parking for one vehicle and also two visitor underground parking spots when available however there is plenty of off street free parking across the road.
