4 Bedroom House in Culburra Beach

This beautiful, four bedroom house is located in a very quiet lane just metres from Culburra Beach. It features a huge undercover entertainer’s deck, ideal for listening to the ocean and catching the cool sea breeze and all the comforts and features necessary for a fun and relaxing family holiday.
Upstairs features one queen bedroom and a trio bunk room containing a double bed on the bottom and a single bed (with safety rails) on top. Downstairs has another queen bed and a bunk room that sleeps 4 children (with an option for a 5th on a trundle bed). Note we do not recommend adults sleep on the top bunks. Sleeps 12 people in total but only 9 adults.
It contains a fully equipped kitchen, large, covered entertainers deck with BBQ, bathroom (with a bath) and lounge room upstairs plus another lounge room downstairs, a kitchenette, a laundry, a second shower and a separate toilet.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The beds have doonas and pillows on them, however you will need to bring sheets, pillow cases and towels with you. Please note we can supply linen for an extra charge of $20 per person.
Attractions
Culburra Beach features two beautiful beaches. The beaches are patrolled during the summer holiday period, and being located on either side of Penguin Head face in different directions, providing a variety of surf conditions for board riders, swimmers, body surfers and families with young children. The surf school and sea kayak hire shop is nearby.
Culburra Beach is perfect for fishing either off the beach, the headland or by boat with easy access at the nearby Crookhaven Heads boat ramp. It is also a dog friendly beach with dogs being allowed off leash between 4pm and 8am.
Tennis and squash courts and the bowling club provide an alternative to the beaches or Nowra is a short 15 minute drive and has a cinema plus many shops and restaurants.

Summary: Fantastic location right near the dog beach. So happy that our beloved furry friends were allowed to come along. House well equipped and comfortable for the 6 of us. Awesome big entertaining verandah upstairs. Peace of mind the backyard securely fenced for the dogs. Easy checkin and good communication with the owners. They even left a block if chocolate for us on arrival. Would highly recommend, and certainly would go back. Thank you
