This is a large family house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located 15 minutes from St Kilda and 20 minutes from Federation square and Melbourne CBD this is a perfect retreat for the family after a day working or exploring the city. The house opens on the first living room furnished with a sofa and arm chairs and a television. On the other side of this living room you will find a work space with ample desk space available and two nice chairs. Also at the front of the house is the main bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite. Moving through the house you enter a large and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens on the dining area with a large table and sitting for 6 as well as another large living area looking onto the back yard. A corridor leads to the 3 other bedrooms at the back of the house. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second is equipped with two single, preferably for children. The third one is set with a single bed. This back part of the house has a family bathroom with a walkin shower , a bathtub and a sink. From the corridor you can also access the laundry which is equipped with a washer and a dryer. The backyard is large ad offers space for children to have an outdoor play. There is also a outdoor dining set. The house is located on a cul-de-sac street, it is therefore very quiet. Note that the garage and a playroom are not available to guests.
