A wonderful country town, old world charm, amazing food & fabulous city shopping. Close to Sovereign Hill, Lake Wendouree, Botanical Gardens, Art Gallery, Lydiard Street, Kryal Castle, Ballarat Wildlife Park + more Our relaxing home with 4 bedrooms, toys to play with & lots of space will be the perfect base to explore Ballarat. A new neighborhood, fresh and recent (construction on new houses in the area)

Lots of onsite and on street parking. Bus stops nearby. Walking distance to the local shops, Woolworths, Lucas Cafes and Lucas community hub.

A beautiful family home, Large our door area with dinning, bbq and lots of grass for the kids to play on in the back yard. The bedrooms comprise of 1 King Bed in the Master Suite, 2x Queens beds and 2 single beds, & a reading sun room with a pull out sofa bed for 2 additional guests. A spacious lounge with lots of seating and plenty of room for play, puzzles and tv time, fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, microwave, full sized fridge & dishwasher, a full sized bathroom with bath, ensuite for the master, and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and a dryer in the double lock up garage.
