Positive: Amazing location, beautiful views, well appointed and nicely cleaned property.

Negative: Advising last minute that if you don't put the key in the lock box you'll be charged a fee because they haven't organised for the cleaner to get a key of their own and they ask you to send a photo as proof. Pretty poor customer service. Probably time to get a key cut for the cleaner.
