Coastal Paradise at Marina Villas is ameticulously designed home offering ahigh-end experience, thoughtfully adorned with quality coastal/tropical-inspired decor for the ideal Caribbean experience. Short four minute walk to the community pool and private beach. Depending on traffic, we are about 90 minutes from the major airports and 15 minutes to downtown Ocho Rios and surrounding attractions. The villa is in a secure, gated community within Drax Hall Estates in the beautiful resort community of St Ann.
**All utilities in our community have been restored, and our villa remained fully operational throughout the storm thanks to solar power and Starlink Data Lite Internet, which kept electricity, WiFi and TV streaming services fully stable.While thewestern part of Jamaica saw the heaviest impact, St. Ann and Ocho Rios were largely spared. As noted in our listing, the beach was already under repair and some additional sections have experienced further erosion.

Summary: We brought our adult children on vacation, the house was so clean and comfortable! We loved the deck on top. The communication with the host was great. We felt safe and taken care of at this property. We hope to come back soon!!
