Summary: The apartment was furnished as a 'seventies' design. This was okay in the livingroom and bathroom. However the kitchen was grimy/dirty with tiny insects on the counter; corners of the floor had dirt. Not sanitary so we never used the kitchen. The bathroom & closet ceilings had what appeared to be 'leaking' with black mold. Found it difficult sleeping as street sounds could be heard all night. TVs in bedroom & livingroom could not be turned on. Had to walk 10mins to a public beach. No amenities at property. The name Skyclub Beach Suite was not known by the attendant who checked us in. Not a good experience. Would not recommend. Should not be placed for rental.
