A unique and beautiful mud brick home, crafted by hand, offering open plan living spaces with rustic wool shed Jarrah beams, soaring ceilings with ceiling fans and a combustion stove and decorative fireplace and piano in the sunken lounge bar. Proudly displaying an extensive exhibition of more than 100 limited edition prints of watercolour paintings by the Late Don McDeed, Owner builder of Emmlot Farm and a library with a huge range of games, books & media.
The large dining room with handcrafted table provides seating for 14 people, and a breakfast bar alongside provides extra seating near dining table for 6 people.
A newly renovated kitchen with large 5 burner oven and plenty of bench & cupboard space is equipped with modern appliances, inc. filtered water on tap, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans. The cupboards are stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and appliances and a large fridge and freezer and pantry available for your supplies.
Emmlot Farm offers 7 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 14 guests and 6 additional guests catered for by us setting up single beds in 4 of the bedrooms with floor space allowing or the library) and three full bathrooms.

Summary: Mary and Sarah were very helpful during our stay, the home is well equipped with bedding, towels, toiletries, basic food items and laundry products which was very helpful for our big group. The outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play and the supplied sports equipment was much appreciated. The house doesn’t have WIFI but we loved that we could all unplug from devices and enjoy the week together to encourage the kids to play outside more. Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommend.
