- QUIET HOURS: Between 10pm and 7am, no speaker is permitted between these time.
- DJS are not permitted onsite at any time.Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all properties.
- Security does monitor the property and can be called for an undue noise complaints – please note this is a $250 call out fee each time if they do need to attend.

Summary: We had a girls getaway for a 50th birthday celebration and absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the vicinity to Terrigal itself was perfect.
