With the beach just across the road, and a peaceful creek at the back of the property, this 2 bedroom apartment is a perfect quiet holiday spot. Facilities include a kayak, stand up paddle board and a quiet beach to enjoy it all. There are 2 adult sized life jackets and 2 suitable for children. If the life jackets are not the correct size, please do not use the kayak or paddle board.
All facilities are used at your own risk.
Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd level, which is also the top floor, of the building, and that there are no lifts, only stairs , so it will not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven microwave, counter top dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and laundry area with laundry sink and washing machine. The toilet is separate
The main bedroom has a double bed with two side tables, fan and wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a single bed with a trundle bed which may be pulled out, a desk and chair, fan and built-in wardrobe.
There is another wardrobe in the passage
The kitchen (meals room) has a 4 seater table and chairs.
The living room has a fold down couch/futton. There is a door for added privacy. There are also 2 chairs, 2 bean bags and coffee table. There is also a TV and dvd player, some dvds, books and board games. As well as a desk and chair. There is a balcony off the living room.
