Situated in Surfside this comfortable classic 70's 2 bedroom freestanding cottage has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday. Polished floors. Front and rear decks.
Fully equipped kitchen. Reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort both summer and winter.
1 queen-size bed,and 2 single beds.
Visitors will have full use of upstairs, decks and yard. Downstairs is used for storage purposes - non accessed, except for laundry. Plenty of off street parking for your cars and boat. There is a flight of stairs to access house and the shower is in a hip bath with a step. May not suit if you have mobility issues.
Surfside is a quiet, friendly neighborhood 2 kms north of Batemans Bay central shopping precinct
and the beautiful Clyde River. Many pristine beaches and the national parks are a short drive away.
The house is not large and so therefore 4 people is our maximum.
Your small/medium dog(<20kg) is welcome to stay here if they are well behaved and are not left unattended in the house. The yard is not fully fenced but outside deck has a gate.
We have a washing machine for use downstairs, but do not have a dryer.
Linen is provided for the beds at no extra charge.
Stay a week for a further 10% off or for a month 30% off the price. Longer term stays can be arranged.
