Sapphire is located just 6km from Park Beach Plaza and 5 minutes from The Big Banana. Located at beautiful Sapphire Beach with direct access to the beach. Sapphire is a private, spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house with direct access to Sapphire Beach. Walk through our private garden to the walk on the beach. There is a double lock up garage. This lovely beach townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - Bedroom 1 is located downstairs with a Queen bed a brand new ensuite. - Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has 2 Single beds, there is also the 2nd bathroom on this level. - Bedroom 3 is also up stairs with a King size bed, there is also a sitting room with a 2nd TV and a balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. We have a BBQ in the courtyard where you can sit back and listen to the waves. This is a NO smoking home. No Parties, school leavers, hens or bucks parties allowed. PID-STRA-12111
