Indoor Dining seats 8-10 guests.
The Living area has couch and chairs, split system air conditioning which covers all of downstairs, wall mounted Smart Tv and Canara Fireplace.

Living opens to rear deck, lawn and garden through bi-fold doors.
Large undercover deck has automatic zipline blinds for protection from wind, sun or rain.
Deck has outdoor dining table and benches, large 5 burner Bbq, chairs, lounges and outdoor fridge.
The outdoor deck also has its own bathroom with shower + toilet and basin.
Large lawn area with sunlounges for a Summers day and there is an outdoor shower with both hot + cold.

Upstairs landing is second living area with couches, wall mounted Smart Tv and Split System. This area opens to balcony, (once again with zipline protection) with lounges, table and chairs.
