Escape to a simpler time at Sandpiper — a retro, shabby chic, sun-drenched beach house in beautiful Jervis Bay, just 400 metres (a short walk) to Callala Beach and its white sand and clear swimming waters. This authentic two-level holiday home has been lovingly kept and offers plenty of room for family gatherings, with a front deck that catches the sun, perfect for slow mornings and balmy evenings.
Inside, open-plan living and dining spill onto a large front deck where you can fire up the gas BBQ and dine under the trees. The kitchen is well equipped (microwave and coffee machine — bring your own Lavazza pods), and the house features comfortable lounging zones with a smart TV upstairs plus a separate downstairs bar area with an additional flat-screen TV and DVD player — ideal for movie nights or splitting into quiet and social zones. Practical extras include an outside laundry with an extra shower and toilet (great for rinsing sandy kids and dogs) and undercover parking with plenty of off-street space for boats and cars.
The home comfortably sleeps six adults across three bedrooms. There’s a bathroom downstairs with a separate bath and shower plus an additional toilet upstairs.
