The Property.

3 Bd, 2.5 bathroom with dedicated office area and 3 living areas. Beautiful comfy beds throughout, all with mattress toppers and medium AND soft pillows for each guest. North facing deck gets plenty of summer and winter sunshine. Reverse Cycle heating cooling in all areas including bedrooms, plus ceiling fans. Car parking for 3 with remote control garage.

An indoor, outdoor space is created when the two sets of stacker doors open onto the covered deck where you can get the sun all afternoon and enjoy drinks and cook on the gas bbq

Is huge! modern, highend appliances and finishes will have you thinking you are in MasterChef…. Built for spaciousness and entertaining the 3 mt x 1.1 mt wide white stone bench tops allows for all your food preparation and eating at the bar.
The butler’s pantry gives you the facilities and space to entertain in style if you wish.

Master bedroom is the large “The Amazon “ suite. With exotic but calming design scheme that will have you sleeping deeply and feeling like you are in another world. Velvety bedhead and floor rug and animal print chair and wallpaper feed the senses. The walk-through wardrobe goes through to a beautiful ensuite.
Second bedroom “Jade Suite” has its own theme with Queen bed. The bunk room has quality Boorie furniture and trundle bed.

Upstairs is another lounge area with smart TV and Play Station ( kids bring your discs) and Wii for fun family games.
Office
A fully equipped office for 2 with monitor.
The home is data cabled throughout so if you need a not interruptible connection, you’ve got it. Great for business stays.
2-way video intercom both upstairs and downstairs connected to front door camera for added convenience of screening visitors
Bathrooms
Bathrooms are a gorgeous featuring Moroccan inspired black & white tiling and black taps and other touches. Huge walk-in shower and bath in main bathroom upstairs. Powder room near entry downstairs for your visitors.

The entire house is accessible except for the locked door on the lower level to the left of the staircase.

Only moments to the beach, shops, train station, and freeway access. The beautiful Seaford beach is only 750m, 2 blocks, 10 minutes walk. 5 minutes to Kananook Train station on the City to Frankston Line and 10 minutes to Woolworths!
At the half way mark between the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and the Melbourne CBD, Seaford is the Gateway. Drive 40 minutes drive to Peninsula Hot Springs and onto Sorrento. Or jump on the express train or freeway/Nepean highway into the CBD only 40 min: both at your doorstep. The Seaford train goes to Flinders St Station. So convenient.

*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
*Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property and outdoor area can cause neighbours to complain to us, City Council, or Police.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
