Fantastic holiday home located close the both the Macleay River and Back Creek boat ramps, perfect for fishing.

All modern conveniences are provided, WiFi internet access, dishwasher, split system air conditioning to the lounge room and ceiling fans to the lounge room and the four bedrooms. With vinyl floors throughout, 3 wall mounted TV's, ensuite to main bedroom and beautiful large bathtub in the main bathroom, own laundry with washer and dryer along with the fantastic cool shaded outdoor undercover area with gas BBQ for relaxing in the afternoons.

There is room in the front yard to park one car or a medium sized boat off the street and plenty of on street parking on the side street. No access to the garage.

Please Note: 'Rudder House' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.
