Upstairs living area has large screen tv with Foxtel connection, there is also large screen TV downstairs with DVD player, a master bedroom with ensuite (with spa bath) and queen bed, three other bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a single bed top bunk with a double bed on the bottom, other bedding is available, including portacots, if required.There are two other bathrooms, one with bath and seperate shower and toilet, the other has a shower and toilet. There is central heating on both levels as well as reverse air con. Both living areas open out to upstairs and downstairs south facing deck areas, overlooking the river, both with outdoor settings with a BBQ downstairs.
There is off street parking for 4 cars. It is within walking distance to shopping centre with coffee shop, supermarkets, newsagency etc it is also within easy walking distance to Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.
