The space
This new two storey home offers a downstairs open plan living area, with the kitchen and dining area opening up to the pool deck and outdoor area with timber bi-fold doors. A modern and fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
State of the art integrated house technology with Myhome tablet for music, air control and internet applications. Central air conditioning and heating, all rooms and outdoor areas have ceiling fans, additionally the outdoor area can be enclosed by remote controlled shade screens.
A downstairs spare room with quality Australian made queen fold out sofa bed, and a concealed office space with computer screen, network hub and printer, over the hallway a full sized bathroom.
Upstairs the master bedroom boasts, a super king luxury bed, generous walk in robe, opulent ensuite, a private balcony and double glazed windows. The walkway area offers a key board for the musically minded, adjacent a relaxing super king memory foam lounge area with large screen smart TV.
The upstairs Southern space presents three standard size bedrooms , bedroom 2 a king size bed, bedroom 3 & 4 a single bed in each, all with ample draws and cupboards with hanging space. A generously sized bathroom with a shower, bath, two sinks and a seperate toilet.
We also offer a separate cottage for extended family, called Yellow door cottage on crane, available through air bnb. Please enquire if this option is sought.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of this luxury home. The garage is accessible for the clothes line and the dryer. Two car spaces are available on the double driveway for guest parking, extra off street parking available on laneway opposite house.
The garage will not be available for guest cars, the homeowners car may be parked inside the garage.
There is a shared footpath for bins to be placed kerb side on Crane Street Thursday evenings.
