Welcome to "Renwick"’

This gorgeous historical home, super well positioned to the CBD (walking distance) and all the action that Toowoomba has to offer . Superb cafes, dining, bars, markets, gardens, shopping, and entertainment close by .

It’s easy to find, in a pretty Jacaranda lined street with similar homes. Owned and adored by Andrew who prides his home as being uncluttered and clean. He has updated the cottage to ensure guests are super comfortable all year round whatever the weather with all 4 bedrooms and 2 living area fitted with air-conditioning and a charming fireplace.

You will enjoy full access and privacy to this home, ( except for the garage).

I am the host , Paula, Hi 🙂and happy to be contacted to assist you as needed, I am a local and I don’t live far from the property if you need.

The basics and things we hope you will enjoy and that other guests have loved are:

• A lovely entertaining deck that adjoins the main living area and kitchen via French doors with dining table and 6 chairs and 2 can be added from the front to accommodate all.

• Winning with a pizza 🍕 oven, and hopefully some fresh growing herbs and cherry tomatoes close by for you to add to your perfect pizza

• A lovely spacious French inspired bathroom with claw foot bath, for a relaxing soak and an amazing shower with great water pressure

• Complementary shampoo/ conditioner / body wash and hairdryer

• Working fireplace in formal lounge. Soooooo cosy

•4 private bedrooms with sleeping available for 8 guests, a king , double, 2 single and a king single with trundle. Guests have reported super comfortable with soft fresh linens.

•Most rooms except for the single have ample space to hang clothes ( with coat hangers)

• Free WIFI

•TV

• Full kitchen with essential dining and cooking equipment, and plenty of pantry space

• Condiments, recipe books and possibly some surprise foods to enjoy. As we allow guests to leave food to pay it forward to the next guest, but not expected, and are to be enjoyed at your own discretion, be mindful of Covid safe practices.

• A kettle and coffee/ tea / sugar (individualised packets) are provided

• Free - Ample parking behind secured gates and off-street parking ( large nature strip.)Caravans have been easily accommodated. To note the garage is UNAVAILABLE for use.

• Washing machine and separate dryer, with washing powder clothesline and pegs

• Large backyard, manicured lawn, and sand pit for the kids or adults sand play for relaxation

*Pets are catered for with a large backyard and the property is secured by full fencing.

However, PLEASE NOTE this may not be suitable to your pets needs as:

There is a small gap under one side of backyard fencing, where very small pets may be able to get out. There is no fencing to fully separate the front to back, so care would need to be taken, for instance, when driving in and out of the property, if they are not going with you.

Please know that animals are strictly only to be outside. This is to ensure; the home is maintained for all guests . However, Just let us know if there is anything we can do or is needed to make your pet comfortable too.

•So close to groceries, takeaway, bakery, breakfast, and hairdresser just a minute walk around the corner to the adjacent st ( Long street), with generous open hours 7 days per week. So handy when you don’t feel like getting in the car again
