Positive: Location is wonderful, walking distance to the beach and the lake
Negative: The property was dirty upon our arrival, the floors felt gritty and there was a hairball with dust and dirt on the coffee table, the dishwasher was filthy and had a cockroach in it so we didn’t use that. The washing machine flooded the laundry when we tried to use it and there was no toilet paper in the toilet! Also the beach access was closed due to maintenance so it would have been nice to know ahead of time because I would have booked elsewhere, beach access was one of our biggest factors in choosing accommodation
Summary: Great location, place has potential to be amazing with a bit of work
