Summary: Rating in comparison to any country motel, its a very clean and tidy country motel. Everything worked well, check in was great. Group I was with had stayed there many times and were very complimentary about the management. Lacks a bit of "warmth", a bit sparse. Some more tress etc would soften the place. Bonus was no truck noise at night as its on the main road
