Spectacular river views can be seen from the main bedroom and to your left the single bedroom has a desk for a quiet moment of study, reading or relaxing.
Go down the spiral stairs to the light and airy living area featuring lounge, dining ta-ble and chairs, TV/DVD and stereo. Step on to the deck with its outdoor furniture and take in the views beyond of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington.
