Positive: Place was new and great location

Negative: Arrived but no instructions on how to access key. Had to request from host. After electronic key/code was shared the door would not open so I called the female host who had a real attitude and made me feel like it was my fault...was told this has never happened and to just force door but would not open. Was told there were no other keys for the other door and would have to find another residence for me. Finally a guy came and accessed a lockbox to get a set of physical keys and what would you know....one opened the other door! Was later instructed by the host that the handle had to be lifted upward for the main door. No apology from the female host with attitude and tone after all this, despite me communicating it was not appreciated.

Summary: Great stay terrible service.
