Positive: The staff were friendly and approachable. Very warm and charming The price was reasonable Location was walking distance if desired to toronga zoo The hotel had a great location Even though on main highway it was quiet Great view of the surrounding park area and bush land. Nice to wake up and see Pool was accessible although didnt use it

Negative: The room had limited power plugs, had to boil kettle where the TV plugs in. Which meant unplugging TV if charging a phone as well. Booked for 2 people but room was really suitable for 1 There were cockroaches in the bathroom The air-conditioning was in the corner of the room which didnt keep the room cool The walls were thin and there was an adjoining door to the next room which made privacy a bit concerning. Rooms just need refreshening a bit of fresh paint. Some attention to cracks in the wall and some paintings For the price it was reasonable but a bigger room for two quests when stating 2 guests would have been more comfortable Access to the gym via room key would have been helpful. No dinne in service on weekends according to the qr code in the room
