Summary: Air-conditioning fine.kitchen benchtop had grease from food, garbage bin lid was dirty, no follow-up from reception staff in property vine reception when i complained about the loud noise coming from 6th floor where tiles were being removed by what sounded like jackhammer. That went on all morning driving me out of the apt. Balcony had restricted water view but continual loud noise of traffic crossing the bridge, really loud. Shower door did not close fully and the tracks in serious need if renovation. In all, it was very disappointing and not worth what i paid
