Positive: Location for trams train and lo al restaurant and shops, size of the house was brilliant for the family, pool lovely.

Negative: House not very clean and a bit grubby. Sunroom was a great get together room but smelt of damp. Stated there was a hot tub but when I asked they meant the baths in the bathroom. Also shower in main bathroom did not drain properly and was flooding bathroom to kitchen below, so unable to use from day one, someone turned up on the day we were leaving. These were little things that could be rectified and make the place a 9 plus it could be
