Our comfortable cottage is located directly on the waterfront.

It is ideal for couples, families, or small groups seeking a slower pace to appreciate the joy, fun, and serenity of the waterfront.
The space
Wake up to the breathtaking panoramic views, and dine in the open sea breeze. Relax and let the day pass, listen to the birds, watch the dolphins, turtles, pelicans and seagulls, or enjoy one or two drinks watching the amasing sunset from the verandah.

We do our best to make you feel at home and supply all fresh bedding linen, and bath towels for each guest, plus essential pantry items at no extra cost. A professional housekeeper spends over 4 hours thoroughly cleaning the cottage after each guest stays, making the beds, and reloading fresh towels.

Filled with cozy and pleasant furnishings, and water views from most windows; our cottage will automatically switch you onto holiday mode.

The entire cottage is available for you and your family/guests to use. The cottage is set up to cater to two families or one with children. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the third room equipped with a 2 x single bed and a truck bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, and utilities.

The cottage is conveniently located, only a 2-hour drive from Sydney (Hornsby) and just a short drive to all facilities. With less than 20-minute drive (Meadowie) to a fully stocked Coles, Woolworths, bottle shop, café, great restaurants, and the local RSL Club in Karuah.

There is a service station and the Karuah town center about 15-minute drive north for something quick, like bread and milk (IGA).

Want something to keep the kids entertained? There is a bay directly in front of the cottage, an excellent and safe place for kids to swim, play and fish.
