Pete's Place is a large 2 story home, perfect for 1 large family or 2 families to share.
UPSTAIRS- Main living room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom with separate toilet and 2 bedrooms with Queen beds.
DOWNSTAIRS, 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 single beds, and a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living space. Large bathroom with toilet.
There are 2 large living areas, upstairs and downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor.
The house has a large modern kitchen with dining area, 2 decks and a fully equipped laundry. There is a large deck with 2 outdoor dining tables and a bbq at the front of the house overlooking sweeping views of the beach. Another bbq is on the undercovered back deck.
The house is on a large allotment with wonderful scenic views of the picturesque Merimbula/ Pambula Beach bay that can be viewed from the deck, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
