I am not BIG, BUT I am 4 bedrooms!

If you're looking for a clean, updated, comfortable, relaxing, value for money, beach shack family holiday, where you can bring your dog, that is only 3 Minutes Walk TO THE Beach and to the Chiton Rocks Surf Club for Breakfast/Lunch/dinner and drinks then you and I may be the perfect fit!

Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.

Open plan kitchen with microwave/dine/lounge area, has large comfy lounges, big screen TV/DVD with drawers full of movies, games, and jigsaw puzzles to entertain all year round.

Bathroom/laundry is combined with a front loader washer and also has a dryer.
Reverse cycle split system air conditioner adds the extra benefit of being cool in summer and warm in winter! (yes it is great here in winter too).

Outdoors there is a great undercover entertaining deck with 2 big 3 seater lounges/ coffee table on deck area. There is also a BBQ which overlooks a large spacious enclosed backyard with a swing set and 2 BIG sandpits!

Please be aware -
Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels (linen) are not provided - Tenants are required to bring these from home.

Chiton is a fantastic location! In between Hayborough and Pt Elliot! Victor town centre is just down the road! The beach shack is situated with a very short, quick walk to the beach and going out for dinner without the worry of drink driving home adds to the perfect convenience of booking here and the beach holiday getaway!

I have so many lovely reviews from returning guests that have stayed here who have enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and what we have on offer. If there is a preferred date then book early as I do tend to book out sometimes well in advance!
