Fully refurbished 1 bedroom Cottage with views down to the lake from your own personal balcony. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, a king sized bed in private bedroom. The lounge dining room has lounge seating and dining table for two. There is a smart TV and a wood fire combustion heater with wood supplied for each night of your stay. The lounge, dining room and kitchen have timber floors. The bedroom has a carpeted floor with ample wardrobe space. The bathroom is spacious with large walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. We supply a welcome plate with home made plant based goodies to go with a cup of tea or espresso coffee from your own machine with freshly ground coffee supplied. There is a kettle BBQ for your use on the balcony and is again electric for ease of use. There is undercover parking for 1 car beside the Cottage. You have access to the 30 acre property via a 1 km walking track that allows you to get close to the local bird and wildlife. Pets need to be on-leash outside your own private off-leash garden.
