With Simms Cove Beach only a short 200-metre stroll away, this property offers an ideal setting for families and friends wanting a relaxed seaside retreat.
Whether you’re watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand or enjoying a quiet morning coffee listening to the birds, the atmosphere here is one of pure relaxation.
Upstairs, the open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfortable lounge with smart TV, large dining space, and kitchen bar stools for easy socialising.
