There is a grassed landing to the rear of the property as well as access to a pathway that leads to the popular 'Bridle Path' that skirts the bay. Head along this path into Nelson Bay township approx 2km away for cafes and restaurants either in the CBD or Marina.
The Duplex - Positioned overlooking popular Dutchies Beach, Mirage offers modern open plan living with amazing views from most windows.
