Your self-contained, fully furnished private studio can accommodate 2 guests on the ground floor of our residence, with separate front access. The studio has a bed/living area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. You won't have to share any spaces. Car parking for 1 car is available at your front door on the property.

The living area has a queen bed, wardrobe, cute dining table/chairs, with a comfy chair for relaxing and watching the internet enabled Smart TV.

There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, hairdryer and complimentary shampoo and soap. In case you forget your toothbrush & paste, or razor, we have packs available for a small fee.

A kitchenette provides you with a bench, sink, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils, microwave and small electric skillet frypan. Coffee (pods and granulated) and an assortment of teas are provided. You will also find complimentary liquid refreshments in the fridge.
A continental breakfast can be provided on weekends and public holidays for a small additional charge.

There is complimentary wireless internet, air-conditioning (heating & cooling) and ceiling fan, and you will enjoy a comfortable, peaceful, clean and friendly environment.

During your stay, Tracey and Andrew will always be available if you need assistance with anything. Sometimes we may be working, but leave us a message and we will reply within the hour. We will be able to answer most of your questions about the area and advise you on the best opportunities available to suit your taste.

Other things to note:
The guest suite is underneath the main residence, so there will be some minor noise from time to time. We try to keep that as minimal as we can. The suite is not suited to night shift working.

There is no washing machine in the guest suite. There are laundromats close by and we can provide details of these on request. Please do NOT use the bathroom or kitchen sinks to wash clothing.
