The space
New 8 storey building completed about 3 years ago. Twin entrance from Gold Coast Highway and Jefferson Lane. Elevator to the apartment on the 5th floor with views from the Hinterland around to Surfers Paradise and out across the ocean. Open plan living room with fitted kitchen and stone tops. Bright living & dining room that leads off to small hall into the two bedrooms. Bedroom has plenty of storage and ensuite. A second bathroom serves other bedroom and guests.

Summary: Mix up with the keys for access but James (and his family!) went above and beyond to sort this, even offering us late check-out and an extra night as compensation. Flat is lovely, great location close to the beach, dog friendly building, excellent coffee and french bakery near the lobby and friendly, welcoming neighbours.
